Seeing Col. Luong makes me very proud to be both Vietnamese and a cadet in Army ROTC.
Congratulations to him and to his new post in Afghanistan as commander. He will do well.

I'm very proud to know that a young Vietnamese-American man had made to the rank of Colonel for the US Army. He is a hero and bravely serving his country. He will get stars someday. Congratulations to Colonel Luong and his family.
